JUNGSU collaborated with MAIJAY for the double single REAL LIFE, Already Rich

JUNGSU collaborated with MAIJAY for REAL LIFE and Already Rich. The said songs were released last October 22 through several music streaming services.

[REAL LIFE] is his first collaboration release soon after the release of “Breakdown” last August.

Holding a classic "old school boom bap" and "hype modern trap" sound, these tracks differ in terms of sound from JUNGSU’s previous releases of a mellow, melodic mood; the message is still the same, though.

The songs flowed out naturally as they shared their thoughts on what fulfilling, meaningful life would look like. Having money or fame, or thrilling experiences are all good, but they seem to wonder what actually lasts...eternally.

The artists share their faith in Jesus and boldly proclaim that you will learn about the meaning of REAL LIFE when realizing that we are “Already Rich” even without materialistic possessions that people work hard for.

The everlasting, unlimited wealth found in our relationship with God is possible through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

JUNGSU, MAIJAY와 콜라보한 더블 싱글 REAL LIFE, 이미 부자

정수 (JUNGSU)는 마이제이 (MAIJAY)와 더블싱글 REAL LIFE 및 Already Rich를 통해 첫 콜라보를 완성했다. 해당 곡들은 지난 10월 22일 여러 음원사이트를 통해 공개됐다.

[REAL LIFE]는 싱글 앨범들을 피쳐링 하나 없이 발매해왔던 정수의 첫 콜라보레이션이다.

힙합의 클래식한 느낌안에 '올드 스쿨 붐뱁'과 '하이프 모던 트랩'을 담았으며, 정수의 기존 멜로딕한 무드와 사운드 면에서 차이가 있다. 그러나 그의 중심과 메시지는 여전히 동일하다.

만족스럽고 의미 있는 삶이 어떤 모습일까에 대한 생각을 나누면서 자연스럽게 노래가 흘러나온다. 돈도 명예도, 짜릿한 경험도 다 좋지만, 과연 무엇이 영원히 지속되는지 궁금해 한다.

예술가들은 예수님에 대한 믿음을 나누며 그와 함께 동행함으로 물질적 소유가 없어도 우리가 '이미 부자'이고 ‘이미 부유함'을 (Already Rich) 가사 깊이 전달한다. 이 정체성을 깨달을 때 ‘REAL LIFE 곧 진정한 삶과 의미를 알게 될 것이라고 담대히 선포한다.
